1. Services and Billing:

– Subscription: Our Services are billed on a monthly basis. The subscription fee allows you access to specified features and capabilities of our software according to the plan you select.  – Usage Overage Charges: You may incur overage charges if your usage exceeds the amounts allocated in your selected plan. Overage charges are as follows:  – VOIP Services: $0.70 per minute  – AI SMS/MMS: $0.20 per message  – Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee will be charged to initiate Services. This fee is non-refundable and covers the initial configuration of your services.

2. Use of Services:

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You may not use our Services to send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws.

3. Account Registration and Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Intellectual Property Rights:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of One Solution LLC and its licensors.

5. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. One Solution LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of our Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall One Solution LLC, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind related to your use of the Services.

8. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
